Technical Support Technician (USA office)

We are looking for a full time Computer Technician to hold a Technical Support position for US, Canada and Mexico region. Candidate must a have a solid background in computer hardware and software, wired and wireless computer networking.

Requirements:

• Basic knowledge of surveillance products, PC TV tuners, Print Servers, managed switch and other computer peripherals and accessories.
• Thorough knowledge of modern SOHO wireless routers, Wireless 802.11g/n networking, computer hardware, Windows XP, Vista and 7. Basic knowledge of Unix and Mac OS is a plus.
• Must have a solid background in software and hardware installation and with a solid troubleshooting technique.

Qualifications:

• Fluent in English and Spanish language
• Graduate of a Computer Technician course
• A+ Certification a plus. Network certification is a plus but not necessary
• Customer support oriented individual
